We are open every day from 12:00 to 23:00. Check the main page for updated hours per location.

Do you accept reservations?

Yes, we accept online reservations through our website. You can book a table at any of our locations.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes, many of our sashimi and rice-based sushi dishes are naturally gluten-free. Our staff can advise on specific options.

What allergens are present in your dishes?

Our dishes may contain fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, gluten and other allergens. Each product has detailed allergen information available on the menu.

Is there parking available?

Both locations have parking nearby. Check Google Maps directions for each restaurant.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, we accept all credit and debit cards, as well as mobile payment through our QR system at the table.

1. Identification

2. Acceptance

3. Reservations

A confirmed reservation entails the commitment to attend at the scheduled time.
You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the reserved time, through the link in the confirmation email or in your customer area.
In the event of non-attendance (no-show), we reserve the right to limit future reservations.
The restaurant's capacity is limited; unconfirmed requests do not guarantee a table.

4. QR and In-Table Orders

Orders placed via QR or to a waiter are binding at the time of submission.
The prices displayed include VAT at the legal rate in force.
In the event of a manifest pricing error (e.g. €0.01 for a product costing €10), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. Payments

We accept payment by card (Visa/MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, MB WAY, Multibanco, cash and bank transfer. Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. You will always receive an invoice in compliance with the VAT Code.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Restaurant and beverage services are excluded from the right of withdrawal provided for in DL 24/2014 (Article 17(l)) as they constitute provision on a specific date. Notwithstanding, the cancellation policies described in point 3 apply.

7. Allergens and Food Information

In accordance with EU Reg. 1169/2011, information on allergens is available for each dish in the menu. In the event of a serious allergy, please inform the team before placing your order.

8. Complaints

You may submit a complaint in the Electronic Complaints Book.
In the event of a consumer dispute, we indicate the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity: [entidade RAL].
You may also resort to the EU ODR Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, brand, logo) is the property of [empresa] or its licensors. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

10. Liability
