Cancellation Policy
This page describes the cancellation conditions of the various services and the exceptions applicable to the right of withdrawal.
1. Table reservations
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- You may cancel through the link in the confirmation email or in your customer area.
- In the event of non-attendance (no-show), we reserve the right to limit future reservations in order to ensure fairness among all customers.
2. QR and in-table orders
- Orders may be cancelled by the customer while they remain in the *In queue* status. After preparation has begun, cancellation depends on the team's availability.
- In the event of an error or a non-conforming item, please contact the waiter immediately.
3. Takeaway and Delivery orders
- Takeaway: you may cancel free of charge while the order remains in the *In queue* status.
- Delivery: cancellation depends on the status of the order with the logistics partner. Once the courier has departed with the order, cancellation may no longer be possible.
4. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 17(l) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, distance contracts for the supply of food and beverages on a specific date or period are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.
The cancellation conditions described on this page apply instead.
5. Refunds
Refunds relating to online payments are processed via the original method of payment, within up to 14 business days. The actual timeframe depends on the issuing bank of the card.
6. Complaints
In the event of a dispute concerning a cancellation or refund, you may submit a complaint in the Electronic Complaints Book or resort to the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity [entidade RAL]. You may also resort to the EU ODR Platform.
